The flexibility of the tubular design lends itself to a wide range of available sizes and configurations. By providing a customizable platform, the T Series units provide the optimum balance in quality and value.

Thermal Corporation's TS Series (Foam Panel) style of air handlers is constructed around a unitized aluminum frame. This construction type utilizes a "true thermal break". The flexibility of the foam panel design allows it to be shipped with minimum fasteners, and completely knocked down for field assembly. This feature makes it great for retrofit applications where maximum section size is an issue.

Thermal Corporation's WF Series (Classic Welded Frame) of air handlers are constructed around a welded formed frame. The flexibility of the formed design lends itself to a wide range of available sizes and configurations. This type of unit is constructed of heavy gauge material, and is built to last. Due to this heavy construction, the WF Series is able to sustain up to 16" W.G. of static pressure with minimal casing deflection.

Thermal Corporation's Model TCU (Mixed Air Unit) mixes a pre-treated, primary air stream with the space return air. An extremely quiet 12-blade, direct drive plenum fan draws the mixed air through 2" or 4" pleated filters and supplies 62 degree air into the raised floor plenum. This unit can be provided with Thermal Corporation's original vortex induction top to reduce the inlet and discharge sound power levels or with a separate duct collar and integral, low leakage control damper.

Thermal Corporation's Model RX (Energy Recovery) air handlers are designed with quality in mind. They have the flexibility to be designed as a Classic Welded Frame, T-Series, F-Series, or even the TS-Series. Thermal Corporation's Model RX can also be equipped with virtually any type of heat exchanger from heat pipes, to rotary wheels, to plate fin heat exchangers.
